Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Saint Paul, MN territory. This field-based role supports Oncology access and patient engagement across academic centers, hospitals, and clinics.

You will educate providers on reimbursement processes, collaborate with field teams, and address access barriers while traveling up to 75% of the time. A strong background in reimbursement and payer policy is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider office settings.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private payer initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.).
• Collaborate with field support team members (sales reps, key account managers) and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management to proactively address access barriers.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
