You will educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, collaborate with field teams, and lead access discussions while maintaining ethical, compliant operations. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and reimbursement experience in provider settings; strong customer relationships.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals).
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Use data and account management to address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of market dynamics and payer requirements.
• Grow knowledge of distribution channels to improve patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments and serve as subject matter expert on access and affordability.
• Ensure training completion and uphold ethical, legal, and compliance standards.
