Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager for Oncology in the Denver, Colorado area. This field-based role requires close collaboration with healthcare providers to educate on reimbursement, access, and adherence, while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MPH preferred), 5+ years in reimbursement/account management, and strong skills in payer processes, coding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in a provider office setting.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill, coding, and billing.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, coding requirements, and payer policies.
• Collaborate with field support and account teams; serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and future changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with Oncology accounts and manage territory logistics.
