Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology for the Denver, Colorado territory. This field-based role requires travel and close collaboration with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to optimize patient access to oncology therapies.

The FRM will educate providers on reimbursement processes, support education and problem-solving, and work with hub services to improve patient access and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices or similar.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (coding, prior authorization, billing).
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with Oncology accounts; manage territory logistics and business planning.
• Stay informed on coverage, coding requirements, and market dynamics.
