Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Mississippi/Arkansas territory. The role centers on educating providers on reimbursement, addressing access issues, and collaborating with field teams to optimize patient outcomes in oncology.

The FRM will travel up to 50% to engage HCPs on site, build payer relationships, and support hub services while ensuring compliance and ethical standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider settings.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/ buy-and-bill benefits & coding.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, coding and payers.
• Collaborate with sales reps and account managers; be reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Work with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Provide field-based reimbursement support and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with oncology customers.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning.
