Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with buy-and-bill, coding, and payer processes; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, and coding requirements for oncology products.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers; serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency; support providers and patients.
• Engage with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes; travel up to 50%.
• Build relationships with customers; manage territory logistics and business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver education and insights on access solutions.
