Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Oncology portfolio in the Denver, CO area. The role focuses on education, access support, and issue resolution with healthcare providers to improve patient access to oncology therapies.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, collaborating with sales and support teams, and navigating payer policies to optimize reimbursement. A 5+ year background in reimbursement and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit structures, coding and billing.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field teams and act as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support.
• Build relationships with Oncology accounts and manage territory logistics.
• Stay updated on coverage and market dynamics.
