Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Mississippi/Arkansas territory. This field-based role focuses on education, access, and coordination with HCPs to ensure patient access to oncology therapies.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years in reimbursement or account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory. A valid US driver’s license and permanent residence in the territory are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration).
• MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits, coding, and billing.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold a US driver’s license.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in Oncology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, coverage, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to educate on access and affordability.
