Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth and expand market share in oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.

This role covers Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Myrtle Beach territories with significant travel; you will identify opportunities, develop territory strategies, and build relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders to promote Labcorp's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
• 3+ years in oncology sales, diagnostics, or biotech.
• 5+ years in business development or strategic account management.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and experience with genomics, liquid biopsy, hereditary cancer testing, or navigating complex healthcare accounts.
