Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth across the Wilmington/Fayetteville/Myrtle Beach territory. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in oncology sales, strong consultative selling skills, and a track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a scientific field; multiple pathways accepted for experience.
• 5+ years in business development, territory management, or strategic account management.
• 5+ years in oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition, competitive conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to enable growth.
• Represent Labcorp Oncology portfolio and translate clinical evidence into business-focused recommendations.
