Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration. Advanced degree (MBA/MPH) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill benefits, coding and billing.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in Mississippi/Arkansas territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and problem-solving.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Oncology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to educate on access and affordability solutions.
