Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Genitourinary oncology access in the Pacific Northwest. The role blends education, cross‑functional collaboration, and on‑site engagement with healthcare providers to optimize payer processes and patient access to therapies.

The candidate will educate providers on reimbursement, work with sales and account teams, and address affordability challenges while traveling up to 50% across WA, OR, NV, ID, WY, AK and western MT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in provider office settings.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work with HCPs and payers.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for core and launch products.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and impact.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes and support patient access.
