Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Genitourinary Account Field Reimbursement Manager for the Pacific Northwest to educate healthcare providers on reimbursement and to help patients access Janssen therapies across WA, OR, NV, ID, WY, AK and western MT.

This on-site, field-based role requires up to 50% travel and close collaboration with sales, medical science, and PECS to resolve access challenges and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care and working with provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to serve as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
