Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Oncology Medical Representative Team Leader to oversee a high-performing district in the field. You will recruit, coach, and develop the team, set KPIs, and drive execution across strategic accounts in oncology.

With strong oncology knowledge and CRM proficiency, you will partner with medical teams to advance scientific exchange, while managing budgets and ensuring compliant, ethical promotion of Lilly’s portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years in pharma with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of hospital oncology ecosystem.
• CRM experience; digital and omnichannel.
• Native Romanian; advanced English.
• Willingness to travel ~90% (field-based).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Oncology Medical Representative team.
• Set team KPIs and monitor performance via joint visits and evaluations.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Design district business plan aligned with brand strategy and oncology priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities across key accounts and clinics.
• Analyze market data and adapt promotional tactics accordingly.
• Oversee district budget with accountability and transparency.
• Build relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and healthcare professionals.
