Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage study sites across the US with a focus on oncology experience preferred. The role involves acting as the primary site contact, performing remote and on-site monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance in collaboration with the sponsor and local regulations.

Travel of approximately 65–75% is expected, with strong documentation and data integrity emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Experience with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of the study.
• Perform site monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and protocol.
• Collect and review regulatory documents for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Identify and resolve site performance, quality, or compliance issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain information in CTMS/eTMF and other systems per timelines.
• Provide mentorship and share best practices within the CRA team.
