Job summary

Georgetown University invites applications for the Research Data Coordinator I role within the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center CTO. This position supports data management for phase I-III oncology trials, collecting data from source documents and medical records, and completing case report forms per sponsor requirements.

You will collaborate with physicians, study coordinators, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure accurate data entry into the CTMS and to assist with monitoring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to two (2) years of related experience required.
• Strong candidates exhibit: Ability to work independently and function within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports data management for oncology clinical trials, including collection of data from source documents and completion of case report forms per sponsor requirements.
• Supports trials of varying complexity and disease indications.
• Collaborates with physicians, study coordinators, nursing staff, and Research Laboratory Technicians on data activities.
• Extracts data from medical records and source documents to populate CRFs/eCRFs.
• Ensures accurate data entry in the CTMS and adherence to SOPs and timelines.
• Responds to data queries with appropriate oversight from physicians and study team.
• Schedules sponsor monitoring and study close-out visits and supports monitoring/audit preparation.
