• Coordinate data collection with the clinical research team to enable accurate data reporting and regulatory documentation.
• Abstract and extract patient clinical data for sponsor-form data entry and trial progress measurement.
• Ensure timely completion of case report forms and perform data integrity reviews.
• Maintain secure and confidential patient records and data archives.
