Job summary

Duke University School of Medicine’s HMCT Leukemia unit seeks a data-focused professional to support clinical research data operations under PI guidance. You will collect, compile, document, and analyze study data across HMCT trials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sponsors/CROs, preparing data visualizations, ensuring regulatory compliance and SOP adherence, and mentoring junior staff in data tasks within a hybrid on-site/remote model.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate’s degree.
• Minimum of two years of relevant data experience; a Bachelor's may substitute.
• Preferred excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Experience with Phase 1/2 HMCT trials and eCRF platforms (iMedidata Rave, Informs, Zelta).
• Experience overseeing data management for large oncology portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Participates in or leads day-to-day clinical research data operations.
• Oversees junior staff and mentors others in clinical research tasks.
• Handles data collection, entry, and quality assurance for HMCT studies.
• Supports regulatory and study documentation processes.
• Prepares for site visits and sponsor communications.
