Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Trial Navigator (RN) to serve as a key liaison between Caris and physicians ordering molecular profiling. You will prescreen patient eligibility, review results, and oversee referrals to ensure successful enrollment.

The role requires active RN licensure, at least five years in oncology nursing and research experience, and strong communication skills to convey complex clinical information clearly to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• At least five years of oncology nursing experience.
• At least five years of research experience (oncology trials preferred).
• Strong communication skills—clear and professional.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams about trial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Caris ordering sites to support trial needs.
• Review genomic data and clinical information against protocol criteria to assess eligibility.
• Communicate trial information clearly to clinicians.
• Track patient statuses and conduct follow-up outreach as needed.
• Maintain accurate, complete documentation of outreach activities.
• Coordinate referrals through Caris’ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or to sponsor sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the commercial organization and business partners.
