Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Trial Navigator (RN) to serve as a key liaison between Caris and physicians ordering molecular profiling. You will review results, prescreen eligibility, discuss trial opportunities with providers, and oversee referrals to enroll patients.

The role is remote with a private, secure home office and travel less than 5% annually. Requires oncology nursing and clinical trials experience; BSN preferred. Competitive base pay with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of five years oncology nursing experience.
• Minimum of five years research experience (oncology trials preferred).
• Strong communication skills to convey complex clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams regarding trial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Caris ordering sites to support trial needs.
• Review genomic data and clinical information against criteria to assess eligibility.
• Communicate key trial information clearly with clinicians.
• Track patient statuses and perform follow-up outreach as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of outreach activities.
• Coordinate referrals through Caris’ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or traditional sponsor sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the commercial organization.
