Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Clinical Trial Navigator (RN) to liaison between physicians ordering molecular profiling and trial teams. You will review results, prescreen eligibility, and guide referrals to enroll patients.

The role requires an active RN license with 5+ years in oncology nursing and 5+ years in research, plus strong communication to explain complex clinical information.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current registrations.
• Minimum five years in oncology nursing and five years in research (oncology trials preferred).
• Strong communication skills to convey complex clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams regarding clinical trial opportunities for their patients.
• Build and maintain relationships with Caris ordering sites to support their clinical trial needs.
• Review genomic data and clinical information against protocol criteria to assess trial eligibility.
• Communicate clearly and effectively the key trial information with clinicians.
• Track patient statuses and conduct follow up outreach as needed.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of outreach activities.
• Coordinate referrals through Caris’ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or to traditional sponsor sites.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support the commercial organization and business partners.
