Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Leader to balance administrative leadership with direct clinical care within the ambulatory care practice.

This role mentors nursing staff, ensures adherence to policies and standardized workflows, and drives practice-level quality initiatives, patient safety, and staff engagement in collaboration with the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or Associate Degree in Nursing with commensurate experience.
• Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license and BLS certification.
• 3+ years as Registered Nurse with a BSN, or 5+ years with an ADN; medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows and supervises compliance with regulations (DNV, OSHA, CLIA, etc.).
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Acts as a conduit for department and organizational communication among staff, providers and others.
• Participates in and supports departmental and organizational change.
• Provides clinical care to patients.
• Documents into the patient EMR.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance goals.
