Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Case Manager in Illinois to manage end-to-end customer relationships, from order initiation to lab report delivery. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/medical devices or diagnostics and a proven track record in account management and customer retention.

You will document interactions in the CRM, maintain knowledge of products and billing, and support physicians with CMI platform usage while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three years of account management or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of clinic-based business practices.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
• Execute customer retention strategies to maintain and grow existing accounts.
• Build and maintain value-based relationships with current customers, driving increased utilization of products and services.
• Maintain frequent communication with teammates, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership.
• Accurately document customer interactions and value-based activities in the CRM.
• Develop knowledge of company products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement and billing processes.
• Establish and maintain open communication with key stakeholders at accounts and elevate issues impacting satisfaction.
• Submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Meet or exceed assigned performance goals.
• Assist physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including QC report accuracy.
