Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado is seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator to support scheduling across multiple sites, including Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, and Littleton. The role emphasizes care, compassion, and efficient front-office operations in a oncology/hematology setting.

Salary range shown is $18.29–$26.00 per hour, with benefits such as health/dental/vision plans, wellness programs, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life and disability insurance, PTO and tuition

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of office experience, medical office preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedules returning and treatment appointments in the computer system per physician/office guidelines.
• Cancels/reschedules appointments according to physician changes; notifies clinic personnel.
• Sends outpatient appointments/testing.
• Handles incoming calls from patients needing to schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Provides patients with accurate appointment cards and follows up for missed appointments; arranges financial counseling as needed.
• Protects patient confidentiality and follows policies to improve front office efficiency.
• Covers other front office functions as needed.
