Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado is seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator for the SE Division. The role may travel to Aurora, Centennial, Englewood and Littleton to schedule and manage patient appointments.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, handling incoming calls, and arranging financial counseling as needed. The position requires a High School diploma and at least three years of office experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of office experience, medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules returning and treatment appointments in the computer system.
• Cancels/reschedules appointments per physician schedule changes.
• Sends outpatient appointment/testing notifications and follow-ups.
• Handles incoming calls to schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Provides patients with accurate appointment cards and follows up on missed appointments.
• Arranges for financial counseling as needed.
• Protects patient confidentiality and follows front office policies.
• Covers other front office functions as needed.
