Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth in oncology markets, expanding new and existing accounts through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management.

You will build strong relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders, guiding them through ordering and utilization of Caris molecular profiling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and clinical education.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide consultative guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Collaborate with services, leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute territory growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete required administrative tasks.
