AbbVie is seeking a field-based oncology sales professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with oncology departments in Des Moines, IA. You will drive education on product benefits/risks, grow sales, and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership with experience guiding teams on complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Oncology departments.
• Deliver on-label scientific presentations highlighting benefits/risks.
• Lead accounts in geography and coordinate with AbbVie teams.
• Build and update strategic business plans for targeted accounts.
• Coordinate and ensure timely customer support and site visits.
• Stay current on oncology clinical, market, and payer developments.
