Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of patient access experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience.
• Certification: CHAM or CRCR required within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access operations including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Patient Access staff.
• Ensure referrals, pre-certifications, and authorizations are obtained.
• Coordinate payment posting, cash reconciliation, and denials reduction with Revenue Cycle.
