Job summary

Advanced Call Center Technologies in Norman, OK is seeking a Trainer to facilitate company and client training programs for current and new employees. You will deliver classroom training, prepare course materials, and coordinate on-the-job training to ensure participants understand the program, products, policies and expectations.

You will track progress, identify at-risk employees and implement coaching plans, while maintaining rosters and productivity reports.

Qualifications

• Education includes High School diploma/GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of related call center experience; supervisor or training experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable in Windows and web-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training on program content, product information, and client expectations in a classroom.
• Facilitates training programs according to guidelines.
• Prepares and sets up classroom and training materials.
• Develops and implements job aids for trainees.
• Tracks and reports progress of the training class.
• Identifies at-risk employees and coaches for success.
• Maintains class rosters, attrition and weekly productivity reports.
• Provides call floor support during transition from training to production.
• Delivers refresher and update training as required.
• Attends trainer sessions and stays current on curriculum changes.
