Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide new hires from orientation through the first 45-60 days, ensuring a smooth transition and successful onboarding. The role focuses on hands-on training on the production floor and close collaboration with HR and Operations.

The candidate should have training experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a plant environment. High school diploma or GED required, bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience.

• Ability to work on the production floor in hot/cold areas.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional communication and demeanor.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to employees and leaders.
• Administer and evaluate onboarding training programs.
• Develop positive working relationships with new hires and peers.
• Excellent presentation skills and teamwork fosterage.
• Ability to work independently in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety compliance and enforcement of all safety directives at all times.
• Demonstrate hands-on onboarding training techniques for new hires (45-60 days).
• Recommend training needs and concerns to Onboarding Supervisor.
• Spend time on the production floor with new hires to ensure proper onboarding.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to ensure proper onboarding training.
• Participate in Human Resources and company committees.
• All other duties as assigned.
