Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for Live Operations in North Carolina. The role focuses on guiding hourly new hires through a thorough 60‑day introduction, blending HR and Operations support to ensure a smooth start and clear path to operational goals.

The position emphasizes hands-on training on the production floor, collaboration with HR/Operations, and the development of strong working relationships across teams. Industrial environment experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively with others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in an industrial environment and on production floors.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on onboarding on the production floor during the initial 45–60 days.
• Train new hires and provide input to Onboarding Supervisor on additional training needs.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
• Foster positive working relationships between new hires, peers, and leaders.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
