Onboarding Coordinators track and support hourly new hires for the first 60 days of employment. This ensures a complete introduction to the facility and their new job which allows the new hire to successfully achieve operational goals. The Onboarding Coordinator is an extension of both HR and Operations. This position will work with our Hatchery team, providing training for new team members
High School Diploma/GED
Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekend work required; Shift start and stop times will vary
