Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to track and support new hires through their first 45–60 days, ensuring a smooth introduction to the facility and their new role.

The role spends time on the production floor with new hires, coordinates training programs with HR and Operations, and helps build positive working relationships while monitoring program effectiveness. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others; bilingual is a plus.
• Able to work in hot/cold areas, stand for long periods, and perform all jobs in the area.
• Successful candidates spend time on the production floor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional communication and demeanor.
• Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions clearly and professionally.
• Administer, track, and evaluate the onboarding training program; develop and promote positive working relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to foster teamwork.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work in a plant/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and enforcement of all directives.
• Demonstrate hands-on training techniques for new hires during onboarding (45–60 days).
• Work on the production floor with new hires to ensure proper onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to provide proper training for new hires.
• Participate in HR and company committees.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
