Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Provo, UT facility to organize and schedule all training activities across lab and operations teams. You will ensure sessions run on time, trainers have what they need, and new hires ramp consistently as we scale.

The role requires top-notch organization, the ability to manage multiple calendars, and proactive communication with department leads and managers to forecast training needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in scheduling, coordination, training administration, or operations at a high-growth or fast-paced company.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple calendars and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to align trainers, trainees, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master training calendar across all trainers, teams, and shifts.
• Serve as the go-to point of contact for trainers, handling invites, reminders, and materials prep.
• Maintain records of schedules, attendance, and completion; report to department leads and People/Ops.
