GeoStabilization International® is seeking a P&T Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Westminster, Colorado. This role offers an excellent launchpad into a career in HR, providing hands-on experience across the employee life cycle—from onboarding to managing compliance documents.

You will support our internal team with excellent organizational skills, maintain accurate employee records, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. A passion for people and the ability to navigate digital systems is essential.

The position offers a salary range of $44,000 — $55,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Passion for organization, people, and process.
• 0–2 years of experience in a support/admin role—HR experience is a plus.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Responsabilités

• Be the first line of support in our P&T inbox.
• Maintain clean, accurate employee records.
• Help with onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollments.
• Manage required documentation and respond to verifications.
• Track and report key data that helps leadership.
