Cencora is seeking a motivated onboarding-focused professional to support its US distribution services. You will coordinate kickoff activities, verify customer data, and manage configuration entries across systems to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.

The role emphasizes documentation, risk reporting, and clear customer communications, with opportunities to contribute improvements to onboarding templates and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, order management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs.
• Collects and verifies customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against onboarding checklists.
• Enters account, entitlement, and configuration details in designated systems per work instructions and role-based permissions.
• Confirms completion of required documentation, approvals, and controls; escalates exceptions with clear notes and evidence.
• Corresponds with customers using approved scripts to explain next steps, capture confirmations, and schedule milestones.
• Records onboarding progress, tickets, and artifacts to maintain traceable, audit-ready work products and handoffs.
• Reports risks, blockers, and customer feedback promptly and proposes minor improvements to templates or steps for review.
