Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is hiring an Onboarding HR Associate to coordinate pre-employment requirements and manage new hire documentation. You will support orientation activities, serve as a welcoming contact for candidates, hires, and managers, and ensure a compliant onboarding experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of HR/administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and cloud-based workplace systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for candidates and new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation and day‑one readiness.
• Maintain onboarding materials, records, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure timely task completion.
