Job summary

Elwyn seeks an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the pre-hire process from offer to Day One readiness. You will be the main contact for new hires, coordinate background checks, clearances, and documentation, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Credentialing, and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, or related support functions.
• Experience coordinating background checks, clearances, and pre-employment screening workflows preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems (ATS/HRIS) and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new hires from offer to Day One readiness.
• Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements and verifications (background checks, clearances, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records, update HR systems, and communicate progress to managers.
