Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead New Employee Orientation (NEO) and manage the onboarding process for new security professionals. The role supports the Security Professional Onboarding and Development program, ensuring a smooth first experience and accurate documentation.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong admin experience, and proficiency with ATS tools and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time role with a Tue-Sat, 9am-5pm shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Able to multi-task in a busy environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Strong time management and deadline-tracking capabilities.
• Experience using iCIMS, WinTeam, or DOMO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) and ensure classroom readiness.
• Proctor NEO, review welcome kit, verify Form I-9 documents, and administer drug tests.
• Initiate onboarding documents in ATS (e.g., iCIMS) and complete employer sections of Form I-9.
• Update employee information in WinTeam and ensure required iForms are completed.
• Enter direct deposit and compliance codes; ensure orientation is completed.

Education
