Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Onboarding Specialist in Woodland Hills, California. You will proctor New Employee Orientation (NEO), verify Form I-9 documents, administer drug tests, and prepare onboarding materials to set the tone for new hires.

You will also drive the onboarding process in ATS like iCIMS and WinTeam, ensure all iForms are complete, and enter data accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a professional administrative environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and office technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation with needed materials.
• Proctor NEO and verify Form I-9 documents; administer drug tests.
• Process onboarding documents in ATS (iCIMS) and update iForms.
• Advance new hires in WinTeam and update records.
• Ensure orientation is completed (3 lessons and final exam).
• Enter rehires and update employee information in WinTeam.
