Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to lead the New Employee Orientation and support the Security Professional Onboarding program.

You will proctor NEO, verify documents, manage ATS entries, and coordinate with WinTeam—ensuring accurate payroll setup and successful onboarding.

A proactive admin background with MS Office proficiency and strong communication is required; preferred are iCIMS, WinTeam, and DOMO experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional administrative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
• Capable of remaining calm and professional under stress.
• Strong coordination and communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily with required tools.
• Proctor NEO; verify Form I-9 documents and administer drug tests.
• Initiate onboarding documents via ATS (iCIMS, etc.).
• Complete employer section of Form I-9 documents.
• Update iCIMS and ensure forms are complete.
• Advance new hires in WinTeam; update fields and compliance codes.
• Ensure orientation is completed (3 lessons and final exam).
• Enter rehires into WinTeam and update employee information.
