Responsibilities

• Provide support as part of an onboarding team to institutions implementing FACTS products/services.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines and expectations with institutions.
• Configure FACTS products handled by the onboarding team.
• Coordinate data exchanges with client information systems.
• Conduct online training and contribute to training materials.
