Qualifications

• Three years of experience in product service or onboarding.
• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support to institutions implementing FACTS products/services.
• Establish onboarding timelines and expectations with institutions.
• Coordinate data exchanges with clients and their information systems.
• Conduct online training for new institutions and contacts.
• Maintain CRM and prepare monthly activity reports.
