Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and stakeholders.
• Verify onboarding requirements including I-9, background checks, and eligibility.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, records, and reporting for compliance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and paperwork.
• Own the temp-to-hire conversion process and related admin tasks.
• Communicate start dates, schedules, and first-day expectations.
