Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions (requisition intake, posting, screening, interviewing coordination, offer preparation).
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance on recruitment processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, payroll, facilities, and department leaders to ensure new hire readiness.
