Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate new-hire onboarding for our temporary tradespeople in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will oversee paperwork, background checks, data collection, and status tracking to ensure a smooth, compliant start for every hire.

Ideal candidates have onboarding experience in high-volume settings, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HR platforms.

Qualifications

Experience onboarding in staffing or high-volume environments.
Ability to work proactively with urgency in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of HR systems and onboarding platforms (Avionte and Fieldglass a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
Willingness to work outside normal hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, data collection, and status monitoring.
Enter data and documents into multiple systems to support high-volume onboarding.
Serve as primary contact for new employees and guide them through onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding schedules and required documentation with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
