Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a frontline Onboarding Coordinator to ensure pre-employment requirements are current and validated with Compliance departments. You will manage onboarding packets, background checks, and drug testing, while updating contractor data until clearance to start.

The role includes front office service, office supply management, and delivering a superior candidate experience. The ideal candidate has customer- or sales-focused experience, teamwork skills, and a Bachelor’s degree is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing and shipments; file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
