Job summary

Innovu is seeking a Project Manager II to own a high-volume portfolio of employer onboardings from kickoff to data go-live. You will coordinate with Operations, Distribution, and Client Experience teams to ensure accurate data onboarding and to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on stakeholder updates and proactive issue resolution across multiple partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or client implementation experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client projects.
• Client-facing experience with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Zoho, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
• Ability to independently manage escalations and drive resolution.
• Curious, fast learner with attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of active employer onboardings.
• Translate objectives into a defined project strategy with measurable goals.
• Lead onboarding execution: kickoff, vendor coordination, data delivery, go-live, hand-offs.
• Monitor project metrics and milestones for progress and delivery effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate project records using Zoho, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Provide status updates to internal leaders; flag risks and trends.
• Build proactive relationships with partners and manage stakeholder updates.
• Escalate issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Contribute to team process improvements and grow toward PM leadership roles.
