Job summary

SupportFinity seeks a Project Manager I focused on Employee Experience to lead global onboarding and internal engagement initiatives. You will blend project management, content strategy, internal communications, and digital product ownership to drive successful launches and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, Legal, Public Affairs, R&D and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in communications, marketing, or content operations.
• Experience with web-based platforms and CMS content updates.
• Proficient in JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own content gathering and implementation with stakeholders and vendors.
• Enter, update, and maintain content in the CMS with accuracy and brand alignment.
• Define and drive the product roadmap and vision for the employee engagement platform.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to raise awareness and engagement.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report to senior leadership.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and coordinate with vendors on timelines.
