Job summary

Bridge is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the partner launch process end-to-end, coordinating credentialing, engineering, clinical, and sales to hit aggressive go-live timelines. You'll manage cross-functional onboarding projects, escalate blockers, and deliver an exceptional client experience, reporting to the Partner Operations Lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or client operations; healthcare or health tech experience preferred.
• Exceptional project manager able to run multiple onboardings concurrently without dropping balls.
• Relentlessly organized and detail-oriented; tracks every deliverable and follows up.
• Clear, proactive communication with partners and internal teams so everything is transparent.
• Bias for speed and action; keeps things moving and elevates issues early.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and holding people accountable without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner Go-Lives: Own the full onboarding project from contract signature to first visit on Bridge; manage milestones and blockers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead credentialing, engineering, compliance, and sales; run standups and ensure milestones are met.
• Partner Experience: Be the primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live; set expectations and provide regular updates.
• Continuous improvements: Identify and implement faster, easier onboarding improvements.
